By making request for scriptural baptism after affirmation of faith in Jesus Christ.

By transferring membership from another Baptist church or a church of like faith and order by a letter of dismission and recommendation from said church, and an affirmation of faith in Jesus Christ.

By transferring membership from another Baptist church or a church of like faith without letter of dismission and recommendation by statement. Said person shall affirm faith in Jesus Christ and shall have been scripturally baptized in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord.

By requesting membership upon statement of scriptural baptism, and affirmation of faith in Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior.
